In the Darkness Bind Them (LTC-465) is a Rare Enchantment — Saga from Tales of Middle-earth Commander. Its first three chapters each create a 3/3 black Wraith token with menace and trigger the Ring tempts you mechanic. The fourth chapter lets you gain control of up to one creature from each opponent until end of turn, untap them, and give them haste, with the Ring tempts you occurring as part of the resolution.
