Hithlain Rope (LTC-76) is an Artifact card. It can't be sacrificed and has two activated tap abilities: one that searches your library for a basic land and puts it onto the battlefield tapped and one that draws a card, with each ability passing control of the artifact to the player on your right when it resolves. Its effect of handing the card off after use makes it a political utility piece in multiplayer games, often used to provide one-shot value before giving it away.
