Description

Galadriel, Elven-Queen (LTC-3) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. Her Will of the council ability triggers at the beginning of combat on your turn if another Elf entered under your control this turn, forcing players to vote between dominion or guidance and producing different effects based on the outcome. If dominion wins she causes the Ring to tempt you and puts a +1/+1 counter on your Ring-bearer, while a tie or guidance lets you draw a card.
