He has vigilance and a triggered attack ability that causes the Ring to tempt you if you gained 3 or more life this turn, and can eventually draw you a card if conditions about Ring-bearer and temptations are met. As a partner card he can be paired with Sam, Loyal Attendant to be used as one or both commanders and affects deck color identity and commander interactions.
