Fealty to the Realm (LTC-423) is an Enchantment — Aura from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set that enchants a creature. When it enters the battlefield you become the monarch, and while a player is monarch that player controls the enchanted creature which must attack each combat if able and can’t attack the monarch. The card creates a persistent control-changing effect tied to the monarch rule and interacts with monarch-triggered card-draw and monarch transfer rules.
