Description

Éomer, King of Rohan (LTC-52) is a legendary Human Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander expansion. It has double strike, enters with +1/+1 counters equal to the number of other Humans you control, and when it enters you make a target player the monarch while Éomer deals damage equal to its power to any target. In multiplayer Commander decks it supports Human tribal strategies and can both grow from your board and interact with the monarch mechanic to draw cards or seize the monarch role.
