Éomer, King of Rohan (LTC-455 foil) is a legendary Human Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander expansion. He has double strike, enters with +1/+1 counters equal to other Humans you control, and on entering makes a target player the monarch while dealing damage equal to his power to any target. As a legendary commander candidate in red-white, he supports aggressive combat and tribal Human synergies while interacting with the monarch mechanic for political or card-advantage plays.
