Éomer, King of Rohan (LTC-455) is a legendary Human Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. He enters with +1/+1 counters equal to your other Humans and has double strike, letting him hit twice in combat. On entering the battlefield he makes a player the monarch and deals damage equal to his power to any target, providing both political advantage and direct removal or reach.
