Description

Elrond of the White Council (LTC-51) is a legendary creature Elf Noble from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It has a secret council triggered ability on entering the battlefield that makes each player secretly vote between fellowship or aid, with fellowship allowing you to gain control of chosen creatures (which then can’t attack their owner) and aid distributing +1/+1 counters. The card supports politics and group-interaction strategies by forcing simultaneous secret votes that can shift board control or provide widespread buffs depending on how players vote.
