Description

Círdan the Shipwright (LTC-50) is a Legendary Creature — Elf Noble from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It has vigilance and a Secret council trigger that makes each player secretly vote when Círdan enters or attacks, then players draw cards equal to votes received and any player who received no votes may put a permanent from hand onto the battlefield. In multiplayer/Commander games this card encourages political interaction and can produce card draw and occasional free permanents for vote-less players, altering combat and table dynamics.
