Description

Círdan the Shipwright (LTC-133) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from the Tales of Middle-earth Commander set. It has vigilance and a Secret council ability that has each player secretly vote when Círdan enters or attacks, then players draw cards equal to votes received and any player with no votes may put a permanent from their hand onto the battlefield. In multiplayer games this card encourages political play and swingy board development by rewarding both votes and being ignored.
