It enters the battlefield tapped and can tap for colorless mana for two life, with any mana spent on an instant or sorcery spell making that spell uncounterable. The card is foil and carries rulings clarifying that copies made of a spell funded by Boseiju can still be countered and that the uncounterable effect applies to additional costs as well.
