The Rack (SUM-278) is an uncommon one-mana artifact from the Summer Magic / Edgar set. As it enters the battlefield you choose an opponent, and at the beginning of that player's upkeep it deals damage equal to three minus the number of cards in their hand. It functions as a hand-size pressure card that punishes opponents with low hand counts and is often used in decks that force discard or empty the opponent's hand.
