Rebound (STH-40) is an uncommon blue instant from the Stronghold expansion. It changes the target of a spell that targets only a player, requiring the new target to also be a player. Its ruling clarifies it only works on spells that explicitly use the word “target” (such as Auras) rather than effects that merely affect a player.
