Velomachus Lorehold (STX-245) is a legendary Elder Dragon creature from the Strixhaven: School of Mages set that is red and white. It has flying, vigilance, and haste and its attack trigger lets you look at the top seven cards and cast an instant or sorcery with converted mana cost less than or equal to its power without paying its mana cost. This ability can enable immediate high-impact spells and fuel tempo by casting spells outside their normal timing when it attacks.
