Humiliate (STX-193) is an uncommon sorcery. When it resolves, target opponent reveals their hand and you choose a nonland card from it for that player to discard while you put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control. You may cast it even if you control no creatures, and you choose which creature receives the counter as Humiliate resolves.
