You may pay its alternative cost of {3}{G}; when it resolves you search your library for up to four basic lands, put two tapped onto your battlefield and the rest into your hand, or if the alternative cost was paid put one tapped onto an opponent’s battlefield instead. The spell’s alternative-cost rules interact with cost-changing effects and copying as clarified in the official rulings, and in multiplayer you choose which opponent receives the prescribed land if applicable.
