For each opponent, it lets you gain control of up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls with mana value 3 or less, and the control change is indefinite. The effect is subject to normal timing and summoning-sickness rules, so newly gained creatures won’t attack or tap for {T} abilities the turn you take them.
