The front has a discard-to-bounce activated ability and a Magecraft triggered ability that lets you reveal and potentially cast the top card of your library for {1} when you cast or copy instants or sorceries. The back, Journey to the Oracle, can put any number of lands from your hand onto the battlefield and can return to your hand if you meet its land-count condition and discard a card.
