Draconic Intervention (PSTX-96p foil) is a red sorcery promo from the Strixhaven promo set. As an additional cost you exile an instant or sorcery from your graveyard and it deals damage equal to that card's mana value to each non-Dragon creature, exiling creatures that would die this turn instead. The spell also exiles itself after resolution, which affects graveyard recursion and long-term board presence.
