Tezzeret's Gambit (STA-21) is a rare sorcery from Strixhaven Mystical Archive that can be cast for {3}{U/P}, where the phyrexian U may be paid with either blue mana or 2 life. When it resolves, its controller draws two cards and then proliferates, allowing additional counters to be added to any number of permanents and/or players that already have counters. The card supports incremental value and counter-focused strategies by combining card draw with a way to increase existing counters on permanents and players.
