Increasing Vengeance (STA-103 foil) is a red instant reprinted in the Strixhaven Mystical Archive that copies a target instant or sorcery you control. If cast from a graveyard using its Flashback cost, it makes two copies instead of one and you may choose new targets for the copies. Its spell-copying effect creates copies on the stack (they aren’t cast) and thus copies won’t trigger cast-based abilities but will resolve like normal spells.
