Increasing Vengeance (STA-103 etched foil) is a red instant reprinted in Strixhaven Mystical Archive. It copies a target instant or sorcery you control, creating two copies if the spell was cast from a graveyard, and lets you choose new targets for the copies. It also has Flashback for {3}{R}{R}, allowing you to cast it from your graveyard once before exiling it.
