When cast, it either wins the game if you've previously cast another spell with the same name this game (and this copy was cast from your hand), or it puts itself seventh from the top of your library and you gain seven life. As a high-cost spell that recurs into the deck rather than going to graveyard, it fits strategies that can reliably cast the same named sorcery twice or manipulate top-decking to reach the second cast.
