Description

Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (PSNC-129p) is a legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature from the Streets of New Capenna Promos set with mana value 5 and haste. It exiles the top card of your library at your upkeep and lets you play that card that turn, and it replaces opponents' draws at their upkeeps with exiling the top card which they may play that turn. This card changes both sides' access to cards and tempo, making it useful in aggressive red decks or in strategies that benefit from shared or restricted card access.
