Urabrask, Heretic Praetor (PSNC-129p prerelease stamp) is a Legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature from the Streets of New Capenna promos. It has haste and replaces draws by exiling the top card of the library at upkeeps, letting players play those exiled cards that turn. Its effect applies to both your upkeep and each opponent’s upkeep, creating asymmetric card access and timing interactions around playing exiled cards.
