Description

Toluz, Clever Conductor (PSNC-228p) is a legendary creature card from Streets of New Capenna Promos that carries the Connive mechanic. When it enters the battlefield it connives (draw then discard), potentially gaining a +1/+1 counter if you discard a nonland, and it exiles cards you discard while it’s on the battlefield. When Toluz dies, the cards exiled with it are returned to their owners' hands, enabling resource recursion or graveyard denial depending on the game state.
