Toluz, Clever Conductor (PSNC-228p) is a legendary Human Rogue creature from Streets of New Capenna Promos that costs W/U U U/B and is a 3/1. When it enters the battlefield it connives, potentially drawing and discarding a card to put a +1/+1 counter on itself if you discard a nonland, and it exiles cards you discard while it’s in play. When Toluz dies, the cards exiled with it are returned to their owners' hands, creating a recursion and discard-synergy role in decks.
