Obscura Ascendancy (PSNC-207p foil) is an enchantment from the Streets of New Capenna Promos set. Its triggered ability adds a soul counter and creates a 2/2 white Spirit with flying whenever you cast a spell whose mana value equals one plus the current number of soul counters on it. Once it has five or more soul counters, it gives all Spirits you control +3/+3, shifting its role from token generator to anthem effect.
