Lord Xander, the Collector (PSNC-197p prerelease-stamp) is a legendary creature with Vampire, Demon, and Noble subtypes from the Streets of New Capenna Promos set. When it enters the battlefield it forces an opponent to discard half their hand and it mills the defending player for half their library when it attacks, with a death trigger that makes an opponent sacrifice half their nonland permanents. Its triple-colored (UBR) identity and disruptive set of enter-attack-die effects position it as a heavy mid- to late-game finisher that reshapes opponent resources across hand, library, and permanents.
