It can pay R, tap, and discard a card to create a temporary token copy of another creature you control that has haste, a death-trigger draw, and is sacrificed at the next end step. Alternatively, it has Blitz for 1R allowing it to enter with haste and the same die-and-draw/sacrifice effect when cast for that cost.
