It has flying and trample, enters with a shield counter, and lets you look at the top card of your library and cast spells from the top by removing a counter from a creature you control in addition to paying their costs. This ability enables top-of-library interaction and alternative-casting strategies that can fuel surprise plays or combo lines in decks that can supply removable counters.
