Description

Evelyn, the Covetous (PSNC-184p) is a Legendary Creature — Vampire Rogue from the Streets of New Capenna Promos set. She has flash and an enter-the-battlefield trigger that exiles the top card of each player's library with a collection counter when she or another Vampire you control enters. Once per turn you may play cards exiled by your abilities that have collection counters and may spend mana as though it were any color to cast them, enabling flexible multicolored plays.
