Description

Elspeth Resplendent (PSNC-11p prerelease stamp) is a legendary planeswalker card from the Streets of New Capenna Promos set. Her +1 places a +1/+1 counter and an additional chosen counter (flying, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance) on a creature, and her −3 can cheat a small permanent onto the battlefield with a shield counter from the top seven cards. Her −7 ultimate creates five 3/3 white Angels with flying, providing a large token-based finisher.
