Description

Kaervek the Merciless (SCD-233) is a legendary Human Shaman creature from the Starter Commander Decks set in black and red. Whenever an opponent casts a spell, Kaervek deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to any target, letting him punish large spells and trigger off opponents' plays.
