Holdout Settlement (SCD-305) is a common Land from the Starter Commander Decks release. It can be tapped for one colorless mana or tapped plus tapping an untapped creature you control to add one mana of any color. This second ability enables flexible mana fixing and can be used with creatures that became available that turn since tapping them doesn’t use the card’s tap ability.
