Ransack (S99-47) is a blue sorcery from the Starter 1999 set. It lets you look at the top five cards of a target player's library and rearrange them by putting any number on the bottom in any order and the rest back on top in any order. This card can be used to disrupt an opponent's draws or to set up future draws for yourself depending on the target chosen.
