Maddening Hex (SPG-70) is a red Enchantment — Aura Curse from the Special Guests set. Whenever the enchanted player casts a noncreature spell, you roll a d6 and the aura deals that much damage to that player and then attaches itself at random to another opponent. It functions as a multiplayer political effect by moving between opponents and punishing noncreature spellcasting.
