Expropriate (SPG-66 foil) is a Mythic sorcery from the Special Guests expansion that uses a council's dilemma voting effect. Each player votes for time or money; each time vote gives an extra turn and each money vote lets you gain control of a chosen permanent, after which Expropriate is exiled. The spell has a very high mana value and reads as a game-ending effect that rewards large mana investments and favors play patterns that can capitalize on extra turns or stealing permanents.
