Expropriate (SPG-66) is a mythic Sorcery from the Special Guests expansion. Its council's dilemma has each player vote for time or money, awarding an extra turn for each time vote and letting you gain control of permanents chosen by money voters, after which the spell is exiled. Because votes are cast in turn order and stack additively, it functions as a high-impact multiplayer finisher that can decisively swing games.
