Blackblade Reforged (SS2-8) is a Legendary Artifact — Equipment from Signature Spellbook: Gideon. It grants the equipped creature +1/+1 for each land you control and includes two equip options: a cheaper equip that targets legendary creatures and a higher generic equip cost. Because its bonus scales with lands, it is most effective in decks that can reliably produce many lands to turn creatures into large threats.
