For U, Tap, and sacrificing a white, a blue, and a black creature, it tutors a card named Sphinx Sovereign and puts it onto the battlefield. The card can be sacrificed itself toward that cost and interacts as a colored artifact in all zones, making it useful in multicolor sacrifice or combo shells.
