It has an activated ability that for {2}{R}, tapping, and sacrificing a black, red, and green creature lets you search your library for Hellkite Overlord and put it onto the battlefield. The card can sacrifice multicolored creatures to satisfy the cost and may even sacrifice itself as one of the required creatures.
