Brilliant Ultimatum (ALA 159, Foil) is a rare sorcery from the Shards of Alara set. It exiles the top five cards of your library, has an opponent split them into two piles, and lets you play cards from one chosen pile without paying their mana costs. Cards left in the unchosen pile or not played remain exiled, and timing restrictions are relaxed for those plays while other play conditions still apply.
