It has Flying and enters the battlefield tapped ability that taps an opponent's creature, and its Delirium upkeep trigger can repeatedly tap an opponent's creature if you have four or more card types among cards in your graveyard. As a low-cost evasive creature it serves both as early blocker/attacker and as a disruptive piece that can lock down opposing creatures over multiple turns.
