Normally it makes a target player sacrifice a creature or planeswalker of their choice, but with four or more card types in your graveyard it instead forces them to sacrifice both a creature and a planeswalker. Its effect scales with graveyard composition, making it useful in decks that self-mill or seek diverse card types for Delirium.
