Nagging Thoughts (SOI 74 foil) is a blue sorcery from Shadows over Innistrad. Its normal effect lets you look at the top two cards of your library, put one into your hand and the other into your graveyard, and it also has Madness {1}{U} as an alternate way to cast it when discarded. The card functions as card selection and graveyard-synergy enabler, often used to enable discard-payoff strategies or to fill the graveyard for later recursion.
