When it enters the battlefield it mills each opponent for three cards and has a Delirium trigger that mills an opponent for three at their upkeep if you have four or more card types among cards in your graveyard. Its role is an early-mana mill engine and graveyard enabler that can recurably pressure opponents' libraries while advancing delirium.
