Aberrant Researcher // Perfected Form (SOI-49) is a double-faced uncommon creature from Shadows over Innistrad that begins as a Human Insect with flying and transforms into a larger Insect Horror. The front face mills a card at the beginning of your upkeep and transforms if an instant or sorcery was milled, creating a timed flip trigger interaction. The back face is a 5/4 flying creature that represents the creature's transformed, more threatening state and serves as the card’s primary combat role after transformation.
