It gives the equipped creature +3/+3 but causes that creature not to untap on its controller’s next untap step whenever it attacks. It also has a triggered sacrifice clause that forces you to sacrifice a permanent when the Equipment becomes unattached from it, creating risky but powerful attachment interactions.
